THE VENUE
CHÂTEAU DE ROBERNIER
A 16TH CENTURY PROVENÇAL CHÂTEAU
A charming, fairytale castle, located in Provence. While the original structure dates back to the 1500s, in the 18th century, the main-castle, chapel, orangerie and ballroom were built. The architecture of the main façade, with its two round towers, is unique, and the only one in Provence. The family de Robernier line can be traced back to the Capetian dynasty of the House of Bourbon, the largest and oldest of European royal houses.
Since 2006, the castle has undergone a vast renovation project and has been brought back to its former glory. Original details have been restored and 21st century technology has been incorporated whilst conserving that unique castle charm.
